Eighty people were in attendance at “Conversations With The Group” hosted by The Group, Inc. Real Estate on Wednesday, December 2.  Attendees received information about the $8,000 First Time Homebuyer Tax Credit and the $6,500 Repeat Homebuyer Tax Credit that are in effect until April 30, 2010 for qualified homebuyers nationwide.  The presentation which included a market update, was done by Eric Thompson, President of The Group, Inc., and was followed by a question and answer session.  Bob Klick, CPA, and Stu Hoime, Venture Manager of The Group Guaranteed Mortgage, helped answer technical questions from the audience.  Many different scenarios were presented and discussed.
